I am so excited to announce that beginning tomorrow night (Monday), my very first Christmas Cooking Show will air at 7:30 p.m. on BLC's Channel 6. It will be on each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights at 7:30 p.m. through December.

I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoy making them. It was very hard for me to choose which cakes I wanted to bake and share with everyone. I chose 3 of my favorites.....Hershey's Fudge Cake, Banana Cake, & Auntie B's Hawaiian Fruit Cake.
